Why am I not receiving

If you do not receive a validation or confirmation e-mail from Eyesoft
Consulting Corporation (ECC), it is likely that your Internet Service Provider
or desktop e-mail software is filtering or blocking mail from ECC. Make sure to check your inbox settings to allow
e-mail from newsletter@eyesoft.co.za and to bypass any bulk or
spam folders.
If the delivery problem persists you should contact your ISP and
or IT Dept and
provide them with the newsletter@eyesoft.co.za sender address
and notify them that the opt-in e-mail that you have requested
is not being successfully delivered.

To ensure delivery, you should first add Eyesoft
Consulting Corporation (ECC) to your
e-mail address book. E-mail providers may impose some
restrictions on how our e-mail is delivered to your in-box. In
order to reduce any interruptions in service or to ensure that
our newsletters go directly to your e-mail inbox and not into
your spam/bulk folder, it is important to add newsletter@eyesoft.co.za
to your address book.

From there you check the button next to text or

Why am I having trouble to unsubscribe from your newsletters? FAQ
Index
You may be trying to unsubscribe from an address to which you
are not actually subscribed. This may be the case because of
subtle changes that you are unaware of in your e-mail address.
This is typically the case of corporate e-mail accounts. To
ensure that you are indeed unsubscribing the correct e-mail
address, we include this address in the footer of your
newsletter. Please check this address and unsubscribe
accordingly. Alternatively send an
e-mail to: unsubscribe@eyesoft.co.za
using the email you want to unsubscribe.
How do I get your contact

As a consulting company, our telephone service is chargeable,
hence available only on a formal request. However our email service which
is very efficient and may be supported by calling you has been
designed to ensure that we attend to your inquiries as speedily
as possible
What is your turnaround time for

We respond to all email requests as soon as is possible but not
later than 24 hours
What must I do if I do not get any response after 24 hours?
FAQ Index In the unlikely event that you do not get any response
within 24 hours, kindly forward your query to requests@eyesoft.co.za
and expect a response within 12 hours. We guarantee that your
request will be attended to within the 12 hours without fail.
